In the process of operating FundStoneForWOMEN, we found that the most troubling problem for designers is how to physically implement their design works. Because most designers do not have sufficient funds and resources to purchase corresponding jewelry raw materials, such as gold, diamonds, colored gemstones, pearls, etc., the lack of raw materials also limits the creative inspiration of designers.
在我们运营FundStoneForWOMEN的过程中，发现最困扰设计师的问题是：如何将设计作品的物理实现。因为大部分的设计师并没有足够的资金与资源去采购相应的珠宝原材料，例如黄金、钻石、彩色宝石、珍珠等，原材料的缺失也同时限制了设计师们的创作灵感。

We have specially launched the FundStoneForWOMEN FirstStone program, in which our designer members can apply for the raw materials for the design works they need from special projects. Of course, due to limited resources, these applications need to be approved by the Committee.

The FirstStone project is not a completely free project, and the ownership of the jewelry raw materials provided by the project belongs to the FundStoneForWOMEN committee and donors. Designers cannot own the physical jewelry, but the design copyright belongs entirely to the designers themselves. Our original intention is to help designers better realize their works. When this work is sold in the market, the cost of jewelry raw materials needs to be returned to the FundStoneForWOMEN foundation, and profits are shared equally between the designers and the foundation.
